Blanks on all models are built with Okuma’s UFR-Ultimate Flex Reinforcement Tip technology, which blends unidirectional fiber over 24-ton carbon in the tip section of the rod to dramatically increase lifting strength and power by as much as 400%. This same technology enhances sensitivity for finesse techniques and detecting light bites. The Cerros Rods cut no corners in the way of components, featuring Sea Guide XO 316-SS guide frames with zirconium inserts for smooth casting and optimal line management with all types of lines.
